The 1.99% and 2.99% Introductory Annual Percentage Rates (APR) are available on Home Equity Lines of Credit with a loan-to-value of 85% or less. The introductory rate of 1.99% APR will apply for a 12-month introductory period. The introductory rate of 2.99% will apply for a 24-month introductory period. You may only choose one introductory rate option. After the introductory period, the APR may vary monthly and is based on an index (Prime Rate as published in the Wall Street Journal) plus a margin. The rate will not exceed the lower of 18% APR or the maximum allowed by applicable state law. The minimum rate during the term of the line is 1.99% APR for the 12-month introductory period line and 2.99% for the 24-month introductory period line. All rates noted reflect a discount offered for setting up auto-draft payments from a checking account with our bank or an affiliate. Without such auto-draft payments, your rate will be 0.50% APR higher than noted in both the introductory period and subsequent term. An annual fee of $50 will apply after 12 months. Approved credit required. Rates are subject to change. Property insurance required. Some restrictions and fees apply.
